Field day season is right around the corner!

Zwiefel farm day 024The 2016 planting season is nearing completion.  As of May 23rd, 96% of the corn crop and 74% of the soybean crop has been planted – 2 and 6 days ahead of last year, respectively.  The rains last week may have slowed progress in portions of the state, but there is still time to get the seeds in the ground and attend an Iowa Learning Farms field day this summer.

Be sure to attend an upcoming ILF field day near you!
